How are Live Teller Machines different from ATMs?

Will my video chats be recorded?
No. Your transaction is kept just as private with a Live Teller Machine as it in the lobby or drive-thru.
What can’t I do at a teller machine?
Our Member Service Representatives are available to help you with transactions that cannot be done on a Live Teller Machine, such as shared branching, opening an account, applying for a loan, cashier’s checks/money orders, credit/debit card cash advances, coin dispensing, and non-member check cashing.
Are you replacing your employees with Live Teller Machines?
Absolutely not. Live Teller Machines are an extension of our team members, not a replacement. The machines are operated remotely by real Louisiana FCU employees. That said, they’ve got to rest at some point. One of the biggest benefits of our Live Teller Machines is extended hours — you may conduct your banking business after hours, and on nights and weekends.
Does it support business accounts?
Yes. In fact, we encourage business members to take advantage of the convenience and flexibility of our Live Teller Machine.
Will I need to complete a deposit slip for an ITM transaction?
No, deposit slips are not needed with interactive teller transactions. It’s one of the ways ITMs save you time!
Can I choose my teller?
You may not always get the same teller. Instead, the next available interactive teller will be able to assist you. This helps to shorten wait times so you can get your transactions done and get on with your day!
